Job description

Pay Range: $32.95 - $48.75 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Promotes and restores patients' health by collaborating with cardiovascular specialty physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients and their families in structural heart, cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgery, or electrophysiology sub-specialties. Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals, teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills, and answering questions regarding highly complex healthcare topics. Assures quality of care by adhering to guideline driven practices, measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards, making or recommending necessary adjustments, and following nursing philosophies and standards of care set by state board of nursing, state nurse practice act, and other governing agency regulations.
