TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE & SUPERVISION OPPORTUNITIES: Learn specific skills and knowledge directly relating to the practice teaching coping skills, crisis de-escalation, behavior management skills, working with youth with mental health diagnosis and/or substance use, under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor, Program Supervisor, Coordinator Transfer the skills and knowledge learned in an academic setting to a direct care setting while being supervised and mentored by the program supervisor Develop confidence in their ability to apply learning and techniques to clients and supporting staff in programming Learn how to document daily on each client in FCC’s EHR system. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Job shadow with program staff as directed by supervisor, assisting program employees with monitoring clients as directed.
