Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Access – Administration team in the role of Capacity Analyst. This position is a full time, hybrid role. Role Responsibilities: - Identifies opportunities to create capacity, increase utilization, and improve new patient access. - Establishes a cadence to meet with Specialty Leadership to review supply/demand and schedule rules optimization opportunities. - Partners with Template Administrators, System Patient Access Center, and the Referral Management Team to plan and execute overall capacity strategy, ensuring alignment between demand forecasting, provider availability, and patient access goals.
