POSITION SUMMARY: SJHH is seeking a highly skilled, analytical, and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Epic Cogito reporting, business intelligence, SQL, and data visualization. This role is responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise reporting solutions and dashboards that support clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with clinicians, operational leaders, and technical partners to translate business needs into accurate, reliable, and actionable analytics. This role blends deep business analysis capability with hands-on BI development and requires a proactive, collaborative professional committed to data quality, governance, and continuous improvement in a healthcare environment.
