The Mechatronics Test & Validation Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of mechanical and mechatronic products. This role contributes directly to delivering high-quality products by executing hands-on testing, developing effective validation strategies, and collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $70,000 - $90,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
