Director, Solutions Management – Retail Department: Product Management: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: United States/Remote: Reporting To: VP, Product Management: Description: The Glory Americas Director of Solutions Management is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the role's designated product line, focused on the Americas markets. This includes accountability for: This role is accountable for achieving product line goals including revenue and profitability targets, customer value delivered, and scalable, efficient solution delivery. Salary starting at $145,000 annually + OTE, with the final offer determined based on qualifications and experience. Ideally, the candidate will be located near one of Glory’s U.S. offices (Atlanta, GA; Lisle, IL; Watertown, WI; or Carrollton, TX), but candidates outside these areas are still encouraged to apply. - Managing the product development lifecycle from concept to sunset.
