The Study at Yale Hotel is currently seeking a Catering Sales Manager to provide genuine hospitality and the highest quality of service to our guests. This position will be responsible for the selling, planning, detailing, and support of all catering events, as well as driving guest loyalty by delivering a thoughtful and engaging sales and event planning experience. Responsibilities: - Sell, negotiate, detail and service all catering events. Including, but not limited to, business development and solicitation, hosting site inspections, menu planning, agenda setting, group event detailing and service, catering event contract and all BEO preparation, review, and processing. - Partner with the Banquets team and outside vendors to coordinate the Catering support services (flowers, entertainment, decoration, A/V, etc.) and meeting room setup requirements to provide the highest service levels and client satisfaction. - Act as the liaison...
