CHEF ASSISTANT: Responsible for the preparation and/or cooking of food within a specific Food Service Unit located in our theme parks or CityWalk. New starting rate for Chef Assistant: $26.50/hour MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Studies all evidence of waste and makes suggestions for improved efficiency. Ensures high food quality level that meets Universal Orlando standards. Ensures compliance of the State of Florida’s HACCP program.
