In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing agent focused marketing strategies that support sales enablement, brand affinity, and agent engagement across both career and independent distribution channels. This role serves as a strategic marketing partner to sales leadership, translating enterprise brand and product strategy into field ready, go to market campaigns tailored to the unique needs of each distribution channel. The position acts as a critical strategic connector between Marketing, Sales, Product, Brand, Customer Experience, and external agencies and IMO partners to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned, scalable, and measurable.
