Position Overview: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities at our Wendy’s locations are in optimal working condition to provide our customers with a consistently outstanding dining experience. This includes routine and preventative maintenance of all HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other related equipment. Qualifications: - HVAC Maintenance and Repair - Conduct regular inspections of the HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, cleaning ducts, and checking system pressures. - Diagnose and resolve any HVAC system malfunctions. - Refrigeration Maintenance and Repair - Ensure all refrigeration units, including walk-in coolers and freezers, are operating at the correct temperatures and are well-maintained. - Conduct routine checks on refrigeration systems to detect leaks, ensure proper coolant levels, and maintain equipment to prevent failures. - Address any system malfunctions in a timely manner. - Preventive Maintenance - Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment and systems. - Regularly inspect equipment and facilities...
