POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Director is responsible for the efficient operations and overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions of the property in accordance with state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supports the mission, vision and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision. - Assumes the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of directing the overall management and control of the activities and programs of the property, its residents and financial assets.
