CORA Services is a non-profit agency whose mission is to assist youth, children, and families experiencing emotional, academic, and social challenges which impede their development and productivity. CORA provides this assistance throughout the greater Philadelphia area. CORA is currently seeking Teachers to work in non-public schools throughout the city of Philadelphia, providing Act 89 or Title I funded support services. Zip codes where services need to be provided are included below: 19121 19103 19144 19143 19118 19148 19145 19132 19122 Working as a Teacher with CORA, you will: - Provide remedial, diagnostic, or consultative services to students, parents, and school personnel. - Instruct pupils in small groups for the purposes of academic support, to assist them in achieving grade level classroom performance especially in the areas of reading and math - Adhere to agency guidelines and requirements concerning caseload management and accountability. - Participate in all necessary inter-disciplinary functions, including regular meetings and consultation with other members of the CORA school services team. - Establish appropriate groups and schedule instructional time efficiently. -...
