Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Perform contract onboarding activities including contract validation, data entry, system setup, confirmation, and archiving - Verify completeness and accuracy of application data, including contract details and KYC/AML documentation - Enter customer and terminal information into relevant systems and initiate delivery, installation, and billing processes where applicable - Send activation and welcome communications to new customers - Collaborate with Risk and Sales teams, including internal and external partners, to clarify cases and provide status updates - Support internal and external stakeholders across the onboardi...
