ATI is hiring a Engineering Department Coordinator at our Millersburg, OR facility. This is an onsite position 5 days per week. The purpose of the Department Coordinator within Capital Projects and EHS in an industrial, construction, operations, or manufacturing environment is to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient and effective operations within the departments. This role is vital in maintaining organized workflows, coordinating various departmental activities, managing records, contractor coordination and facilitating communication among team members as well as contractors. The Department Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and administration of contractor-related programs and initiatives. This role ensures contractors are onboarded efficiently, comply with company policies, and are effectively integrated into project workflows.
