Introduction: This is a quantity surveying role with direct impact on homes and communities. You’ll provide strong commercial control across housing repairs, capital and property works, ensuring contracts are managed robustly and public money is spent effectively. What’s the role?: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the effective commercial and financial management of housing repairs and property works, ensuring contracts are well controlled and deliver value for money. You will manage valuations, variations, forecasting and reporting, working closely with operational colleagues and contractors to maintain cost discipline and contractual compliance.
