Job Type Full-time Description: 3:30pm - 1:00am, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays $23+/hour, wage dependent on experience Eligible for additional compensation: Eligible for benefits first of the month after hire Core Values: LEADERSHIP. Role: The purpose of the FSQA Technician position is to monitor quality and food safety for all Grand Prairie Foods products and facilities. Responsibilities: - Management of daily food safety & quality assurance activities in all plant areas including, but not limited to: - Monitor pre-requisite programs and control points as outlined in the HACCP plans - Measure and record product parameters according to specifications - Supervise adherence to GMPs - Perform product sampling and evaluations - Perform calibrations as needed - Perform and properly document daily inspections of product quality including but not limited to the following: - Inspect product labeling and lot coding - Perform organoleptic testing (a...
