About Ergonia Ergonia is a crypto-native trading firm with deep experience across DeFi and CeFi. We operate some of the most sophisticated, highest-volume trading systems in DeFi and actively trade across major centralized venues as well. Our work spans market making, yield strategies, and advanced on-chain execution. We’re hiring a DeFi Engineer to help us expand to more chains, more protocols, and new trading strategies. You’ll work closely with traders, quants, and engineers in a fast-moving, high-performance environment. What You’ll Do: - On-Chain Data + Execution - Build systems to read high-volume, low-latency data from blockchains. - Send and manage transactions in performance-sensitive environments. - Smart Contract / On-Chain Program Development - Design, implement, and deploy production smart contracts on Solana or EVM environments. - System & Architecture Design - Contribute to end-to-end exchange, execution, and data-pipeline architecture. - Pragmatic Delivery - Trading moves fast.
