JOB SUMMARY: The Structural Steel Detailer is responsible for the quality and timeliness of field use and fabrication drawings used for structural steel members on projects. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform core functions. - Provide Requests for Information in order to complete drawings as necessary - Development of Installation Drawings - Development of part & shop drawings used for fabrication - Modeling of structural steel members and connections using computer software - Coordination with other divisions/departments to provide clarity regarding the structural steel conditions - Review of existing contract documents for compliance - Any ad hoc requirements to support the Structural Steel Coordinator.
