This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical accounting skills and manufacturing cost accounting experience. You’ll be accountable for managing daily accounting functions, monthly close, job costing accuracy, internal controls, and supporting external audits. Key Responsibilities: Lead the month-end and year-end close processes; prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements Maintain accuracy of the general ledger, inventory valuation, and standard costing system Manage Accounts Payable, Inventory, and fixed asset tracking processes Analyze job costs, variances, and overhead allocations; make recommendations to improve profitability Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure GAAP compliance Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and production teams to align financial performance with plant activities Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including KP...
