What you are going to do As an AI Engineer in the GenAI & Data team, you design, build, and run GenAI-powered applications that automate complex operational processes within Inkomen Collectief. You work across multiple empowered product teams with data scientists, engineers, and business experts to deliver AI that actually lands in production. You will: Develop and maintain GenAI applications such as document extraction, agentic AI flows, and automated decision-support tools that smoothen the claim handling process for our customers and claim handlers Bring AI models and agents into production and integrate them into the NN landscape (APIs, pipelines, monitoring, governance) Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Product Owners to refine requirements and improve the AI lifecycle Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance through CI/CD, testing, and observability Continuously i...
