Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors ​ Maintenance Supervisor: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating maintenance activities within the facility. This role focuses on executing and improving maintenance systems while ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and safety across the plant. The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of maintenance technicians and works closely with operations to support production goals, minimize downtime, and maintain quality standards.
