Impact You’ll Make: Lead or co-lead the execution of business valuation and litigation support engagements, ensuring timely, high-quality, and defensible deliverables across a variety of dispute contexts. Perform and oversee valuation analyses of businesses, securities, and intangible assets in connection with shareholder disputes, transaction disputes, marital dissolution, probate matters, and broader commercial litigation. Develop and review complex financial models, including discounted cash flow analyses, capitalization of earnings, and market-based approaches, with a focus on supporting expert opinions.
