About the role: Our Talent Acquisition team, composed of 13 people, is integrated in the GBS Human Resources Service Line department, ensures recruitment delivery worldwide for all Solvay talent segments, focusing on sourcing, assessing and selecting the best talent (internal/external) for Solvay, in collaboration with Hiring Managers, and supporting the talent in their first moments in the role. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for delivering recruitment services for both internal and external hires, enhancing the Candidate and Hiring Manager experience, and leveraging local talent knowledge to support a high-performing recruitment culture.
