Work Flexibility: Field-based What You Will Do: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth. Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges. Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential. Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings comfortably. Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to customers. Manage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulously. Adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility. Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required. Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role (or a combination of the two) H old certificates as a Clinical Support Staff and a Sales Promotion Representative (KDE, STE) certified by the Ministry of Health, or to be a graduate of a relevant university program that qualifies the individual to obtain these certifications Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs includ...
