This role performs advanced system administration activities, including system configuration, performance optimization, and capacity planning for client systems. The position ensures reliable, secure, and efficient operation of Windows endpoints, supports enterprise applications, and provides technical expertise to improve system performance and user experience. The Desktop Engineer serves as a key technical resource supporting both end users and IT operations teams.
