Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, a related function, or an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications: - Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA, similar qualification). - Experience working with data sets and coding languages, database, automation, or business intelligence (e.g., SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, Python, Tableau, Looker, etc.). - Experience leading cross-functional project teams through problem-framing and problem-structuring, with excellent project management skills. - Ability to communicate insights to a wide range of stakeholders including technical management teams. - Ability to structure and solve analytical problems.
