Responsibilities: What You Will Do: - Coordinate the ordering and maintaining of contact lenses. - Accurately gather, document, and handle patient contact lens orders and payments. - Teach patients how to care for and use contact lenses. - Verify insurance benefits per patient request, file contact lens claims for any patients wishing to use their insurance benefits. - Cross-train to perform other tasks, including diagnostic testing and administrative front desk duties.
