CASPA SERVICES LTD - POSITION VACANCY - Therapeutic Care Worker - Grafton ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking Therapeutic Care Worker's experienced in delivering trauma-informed therapeutic care to (Youth) children, young people and/or families to join CASPA's Therapeutic Residential Care Team on a casual and part time basi s, supporting the exciting expansion of services in Grafton. You will need to be available to work a 24/7 roster, including sleepover, active and day shifts. These same shift types apply on the weekends. This position requires passion and skills in providing activities, routines, and residential supports that nurture the development of emotional regulation, problem solving skills, and social competencies to inspire positive growth in the lives of children, young people, and families associated with CASPA's leading services.
