What you get to do: As an Assistant Supervisor for Rides, you’ll play a lead role in ensuring positive, memorable guest experiences. You’ll strive to exceed guest expectations while resolving any and all guest situations. This involves training, coaching and mentoring Ambassadors to deliver consistently outstanding performances. You will: Provide Ambassadors with proper training and tools Monitor and track team member attendance and performance, administer daily team member break schedules Ensure compliance of Child Labor Laws with regards to breaks, lunches and hours worked per day Handle Guest Service matters in a timely manner according to departmental procedures Correct issues and provide positive reinforcement to Ambassadors Conduct equipment and safety checks: Assist with monitoring the area opening and closing procedures and ensure all team members complete tasks within a timely manner Enforce department/park pol...
