ABOUT THE ROLE: Gabb is seeking a Director of DevOps to build, lead, and mature the infrastructure and platform engineering function as we scale to millions. This is not a maintenance role. Our DevOps practice needs a leader who can assess the current state honestly, define the architecture and operational standards that will carry us forward, and build the team and systems to execute. You will own infrastructure reliability, CI/CD, observability, incident response, cost management, and platform scalability. You will also be the person who establishes the processes, documentation, and operational culture that will scale with the business.
