Claims Representative - Personal Lines Auto

We are currently seeking an auto claims representative to join our growing Personal Lines Auto team. This position will be based in our newly renovated Boston office, directly across the street from South Station. Responsibilities: In this position you will be responsible for the investigation, evaluation and disposition of first- and third-party personal auto property damage claims. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, currently 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. Qualifications: - Contact insureds, claimants, attorneys, and other parties related to an auto accident. - Proficient in communicating in a variety of ways, including phone, text, email etc. - Investigate all assigned claims for coverage, liability, and damages. - Ensure timely disposition of all claims in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements. - Responsible for timely payment of auto repairs and resolution of total losses. - Ensure adherence to...
