Renjoy manages 200+ vacation rental homes across Colorado Springs and Woodland Park. Keeping those homes in top condition for guests is the job — and most of what breaks doesn't require a licensed contractor. It requires someone skilled, fast, and detail-oriented who takes pride in doing the work right the first time. That's this role. You're not patching things to buy time. You're fixing them correctly, documenting everything, and leaving every property better than you found it. You'll close 6–8 tickets per day across multiple properties — door latches, hot tub chemistry, smart lock connectivity, seasonal property prep, furniture repair, fixture replacement, and whatever else needs a skilled set of hands. We're pushing hard to get 200+ properties guest-ready before peak season. That means real work, real volume, and real impact starting day one. This is high-volume, self-managed, craftsmanship-driven work. If you take pride in a clean repair and hate cutting corners, you'll fit here. ✅ No trade license required.
