What You Will Do: As the Obstetric and Bleeding Disorder Surgery Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating surgical procedures for adult and pediatric bleeding disorders patients, manage tracking and documentation of surgical outcomes, facilitate delivery planning and cord blood care recommendations for pregnant patients, and the overall triaging and care coordination for bleeding disorder OB and surgical patients. The Opportunity: - In coordination with a physician, prepares surgery and delivery letters of care and distributes letters to appropriate personnel and facilities. - Document operative and postoperative surgical outcomes within the appropriate record systems, used for data collection and reporting. - Participate in weekly multidisciplinary surgery team meetings. - Facilitate the preparation, distribution, and shipment of cord blood kits, and follow up on post-delivery cord bl...
