Job DetailsJob Location: Angleton , TX 77515Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: Masters DegreeSalary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: Any JOB PURPOSE: The Program Manager (PM) provides general oversight and is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of two programs: Family and Youth Services Support (FYSS) outreach and service coordination program and Healthy Outcomes through Prevention and Early Support (HOPES) home visiting program. The PM will be the primary subject matter expert in program operations, expectations, and activities. The PM is responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of program staff. The position will develop minimum staff expectations, ensure contract compliance, identify program needs and monitor performance measures. The PM monitors, evaluates and ensures the effective delivery of comprehensive outreach efforts and service coordination. The PM will develop the communication and outreach plans for staff to implement, along with monitoring the effectiveness of those efforts.
