Position Summary The College of Arts & Science (CAS) is seeking a talented Assistant Director, Academic Success Innovation to join the team. This individual will lead initiatives that integrate the College’s and departmental academic success strategies supporting degree progress, academic access and engagement, and post-graduation opportunities, with a focus on interdisciplinary curricular interventions at the course, program, and College levels. Serve as an essential partner to academic departments in implementing and assessing immediate evidence-based academic success interventions reducing time to degree, increasing retention, supporting student engagement, and expanding global curricular pathways. Design and implement assessment strategies to ensure measurable outcomes of academic success interventions. Develop materials and best academic success strategies; produce workshops, resources, and collaborative opportunities to encourage academic success experimentation; and contribute to institutional reporting, accreditation reviews, and strategic planning initiatives.
