Customer Service Specialist (German speaking) – Fixed term contract till 31.10.2027 (maternity leave position) You will deliver high-quality customer service to external customers and internal partners. You will resolve inquiries, manage orders, and help improve processes. You will work closely with supply chain, quality, and sales teams to ensure reliable customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver excellent service to GSK customers (e.g. wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals, etc.) using various communication channels (e.g. phone/chat/email) - Build and maintain great relationship with internal and external clients - Follow the standards for customer service processes such as: master data management, sales order processing, queries and complaints management, supply chain issue management - Liaise with warehousing, distribution functions and relevant external partners as to supply planning - Engage in continuous process impr...
