Description Inside Sales Representative plays an essential role in supporting business growth by delivering high-quality customer service and generating new business opportunities. This entry-level position is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, offering product information, and providing solutions to meet customer needs. The role requires developing foundational sales skills, strong communication, and an ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively. Communication will be conducted through phone, email, and other digital tools. Inside Sales I team members will work closely with senior sales representatives to gain experience, build relationships with customers, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
