Overview The Ambulatory Access Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the outpatient admissions process,ensuring a seamless transition from referral to scheduled appointment. This position plays a vital role in patient accessby verifying insurance coverage, obtaining authorizations, confirming orders, and coordinating with clinic staff tosupport timely and accurate patient onboarding. The Coordinator upholds the highest standards of professionalism,accuracy, and customer service while contributing to departmental efficiency and organizational growth. Responsibilities: I.
