Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Vice President (AVP) to support the Claims Data Solutions and Insights team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and business acumen, working closely with the VP and other senior leaders to advance strategic Claims Transformation and Claims Data initiatives. This role is focused on hands-on execution, collaboration, and delivering actionable insights to promote a data-driven decision-making culture. The AVP will report to the Vice President, Claims Data Solutions and Insights. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the VP and team members to set priorities, track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Serve as a key data consumer, ensuring business intelligence, operational metrics, modeling, analytics, and reporting requirements are met. Analyze claims data flows, dependencies, and impacts, and support business process understanding related to source system and/or vendor data.
