WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: - Establishment and further development of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office: Initiating, planning, preparing, evaluating, coordinating, and tracking all Lean activities in production and administration, as well as developing and updating transformation roadmaps within the scope of all Lean initiatives. - Implementation of Lean principles: Applying Lean methods to eliminate waste and increase operational efficiency. - Process analysis: Analyzing existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. - Training and coaching: Delivering training sessions and providing hands-on support to employees regarding Lean tools and best practices. - Cross-func...
