Overview About the Role: The EMS Supervisor (Training) is responsible for the primary instruction, operational oversight,coordination, and quality assurance of EMT Training Courses offered by the University Hospital EMS Department. This role ensures that all training programs meet regulatory requirements, are staffed appropriately, and are delivered to the highest instructional standards. Key responsibilitiesinclude program scheduling, instructor coordination, facilities and resource management, compliance monitoring, and serving as the primary liaison to regulatory agencies overseeing EMT education in New Jersey.
