Right now, we need to strengthen our App Team with a Service Designer who will focus on driving a human-centered and insight-led approach across the Marshall App and translating user insights into meaningful product experiences. What you’ll do: As a Service Designer for App your overall responsibility is to drive a human centered and insight led approach across the Marshall App and its connected products. You advocate for insight driven innovation through ensuring that new features, improvements and experiences are grounded in real user needs. You work closely with the rest of the App Team and stakeholders translating business goals and user insights into meaningful services, concepts and a cohesive app experiences.
