Job Location: Hershey, PA The Hershey Company West Hershey plant is a Union plant that produces products such as White & Milk Chocolate, Kisses, Nuggets, Bars, Rolo, and Syrup in a high-speed complex environment. The Digital Systems Specialist (DSS) provides on-site IS support for plant operations, serving as the first point of contact for system-related issues. This role partners closely with plant teams and acts as a liaison to Corporate IS and helpdesk functions to ensure reliable, effective technology support. The DSS supports plant-level implementation of corporate IS projects, assists departments with computer-based solutions to business needs, and maintains overall accountability for IS support across shifts, delegating tasks as needed.
