At the St. Regis Rome, we are looking for an Event Sales Agent (temporary), to join our Event team. POSITION SUMMARY: The Groups and Event Sales Agent plays a vital role in supporting the Groups and Events Sales team by performing a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. This includes managing documentation throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, banquet event orders), handling rooming lists and assignments, and assisting the Operations team with the successful planning and execution of group events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders. A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential for success in this role. The Coordinator also serves as a brand ambassador, promoting the Marriott image both internally and externally while applying strategic sales techniques to optimize revenue and foster guest loyalty.
