About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Assistant to join our HR Operations team on a 9-month fixed term contract based in Birmingham. As a key member of our HR team, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and Partners, providing a friendly, professional, and responsive HR service. You’ll support colleagues throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle and play an important role in creating a positive and engaging employee experience. You’ll be working in a busy, fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same, so being organised, accurate, and approachable is key. This is a great entry‑level HR role for someone keen to learn — you’ll build your understanding of HR systems, policies, and processes while gaining hands‑on experience across a wide range of HR activities, helping you develop your skills and confidence as you grow in the role.
