Located in the central San Joaquin Valley, Adventist Health Selma has been serving the Central Valley since 1999. We are comprised of a 57-bed acute care hospital and six local medical offices. Selma is rapidly growing with nearly 25,000 residents offering a great cost of living and close-knit communities. Job Summary: Performs ultrasonic diagnostic procedures in accordance with accepted protocols as directed by physicians. Produces images of internal body tissues in order to diagnose and monitor a variety of conditions such as heart disease, pregnancy and cancer. Supervises and mentors ultrasound personnel. Maintains equipment. Job Requirements: Licenses/Certifications: - Diploma/certificate from an Ultrasound college/school: Required - ACR Accredited Sites: All sonographers must be certified and currently registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification in Abdomen (AB), Obstetrics (OB) or Vascular (RVT); or Cardiovascular Credentialing International Registered Vascular Specialist (CCI-RVS); or Registered by the...
