Business Analyst – Risk and Control

Location: Sheffield Employment Type: Contract: Duration: 6 - 12 Months: Day Rate: Up to £400 p/d (neg) We’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst to support the transformation of our reporting processes and contribute to ongoing dashboard enhancements. You’ll work closely with our Risk and Control and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimise workflows. Requirements: What you’ll do: ● Gather and document business requirements for reporting automation and dashboard enhancements. ● Coordinate the migration of manual reports to our central dashboard. ● Map and improve current reporting processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation. ● Optimise the use of Jira and Confluence for tracking and delivery. ● Collaborate with stakeholders and the Product Owner to clarify needs, priorities, and success criteria. ● Deliver team training and create clear documentation for new tools and workflows. ● Champion best practices in reporting, process optimisation, and delivery tracking. ● Ensure risk and control requirements, as well as cyber security best practices, are considered in solutions.
