Job Description: Easterseals NH is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to lead and strengthen our growing finance team. This newly created role is critical to supporting program growth and agency needs. Responsible for accountant analysis, reconciliations and financial statement preparation related to Housing and Property Management. This position will support the financial activity of construction projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting - Minimum of three (3) years of related experience - CPA preferred - Real Estate/ Property Management experience required - Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) - Experience with Capital and Fixed Asset Management - Strong understanding of job costing, project budgeting, and financial reporting. - Proven problem solving, good communication skills, and financial analysis with the ability to multi-task meeting established deadlines - Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, Power Pivot, and PowerBI - Advanced Experience with Yardi and Workday - Strong written and verbal communi...
