Job Title: Field Service Engineer Job Description: As a Field Service Engineer, you will be a vital part of our Finnish service organization for Hospital Patient Monitoring . Your main focus will be on supporting our customers monitoring systems, primarily in the northern part, but also other areas in Finland . Your role: - Execute service activities such as preventative maintenance, emergency service, faultfinding, upgrades, installations, and modifications in accordance with Philips’ quality standard policies while maintaining a holistic view of systems and their functional environment from both technical and user perspectives - Ensure completeness and accuracy of service records with a focus on test & verification results and adhere to good documentation practices, submitting service data, field problem reports, and other administrative tasks promptly - Utilize appropriate measurement equipment in a regular controlled calibration cycle and report customer feedback, following up on quality and regulatory training as required - Serve as a liaison between the company and customers on administrative and technical matters to foster strong relationships. - Identify business opportunit...
