Job title Facilities and Building Maintenance Technician: Reports to: General Manager: Classification: May be hourly or salary, fulltime, exempt or nonexempt Working Hours: According to shift assignment: Job purpose: Provide members, guests, and team members with facilities and an environment that is well-maintained, including both the interior and exterior of the buildings. Duties and responsibilities: - Performs repairs and maintenance and ensures cleanliness of all facilities. - Manages contracts and contracted services that pertain to the maintenance of the facilities. - Oversees operation of mechanical and power equipment utilized in the maintenance of the facilities - Monitors restrooms, offices and storage rooms and perform maintenance procedures as required to ensure safe and sanitary conditions - Completes reports as required - Ensures compliance with all Health Department regulations - Completes daily, bi-weekly, weekly and monthly task lists - Responds to emergency after-hours problems and alarms - General repair tasks to include plumbing, electrical, painting, woodworking, etc - Monitors and maintains equipment and operating and cleaning supplies - Protect the assets of...
